The SHESPIRIT workshop is designed as an in-depth experience that will lead you on a gradual journey to a deeper level of self-knowing and realization of your inborn value and power helping you to reclaim your life, your body, mind, and spirit. The time has come for women to reclaim themselves for the benefit of all. You serve no one by being second, third, or fourth in life. Your true essence and purpose is best served by getting acquainted with who you are today and being courageous enough to own it and live by it!

Lori Zeh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Reiki practitioner. She has over 20 years experience in the helping and healing field working with youth and women on personal development, trauma recovery, and building self-awareness.

Lori is dedicated to her own personal and spiritual growth. SHESPIRIT is the culmination of her life work and the realization of her passion to bring woman all ages closer to knowing and living from their source of power.
