The word REIKI means Universal Life Force Energy, it (strictly speaking) refers to the energy and not the specific techniques taught by REIKI Masters. The techniques are more properly called the Usui System of Natural Healing after the founder of the system, Dr. Mikao Usui.

Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho REIKI

(pronounced Ray-Key) is the ancient art and science of spiritual self-improvement using natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.

 REIKI healing is very simply performed, the practitioner places his or her hands on whom or what needs to be healed. The energy knows where to go and it is a one way energy. This energy continues to flow until enough is supplied to the recipient.  The universal energy enters the practitioner always and is lovingly directed through them to you. The practitioner is the channel with the proper training and skill.   REIKI works on stress through the endocrine system working through the mind body, spirit continuum. The healing will treat the whole, showing wonderful effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace and wellbeing although, anything is possible...

In REIKI training students are attuned by the master. This alignment opens the practitioner and allows  healing REIKI energy to flow.

REIKI I  training is offered in two-four hour sessions or a one day - eight hour session.

REIKI II training is offered in two days four one day and three the next or one-day seven hours.

 REIKI Master /Teacher is a 7 hour final class with time spent in preparation and training for the mastery and teaching.  All materials provided, certification with completion.

First Degree REIKI I

Through REIKI attunements and proper training, you will be able to channel healing REIKI energy for yourself and others. If you honor the REIKI principles you will experience a cleansing experience that will begin to replace outmoded negative energies with positive thoughts and actions.

Second Degree REIKI II

This training teaches healing symbols to be used for   accelerating flow and sending healing REIKI energy across distances.   Attunements in this class are to further empower physical and mental energies.

Third Degree REIKI - Master/Teacher

In a private setting guidance is provided and a final attunement made to enable the student the sacred honor of training and giving attunements to others, passing on this ancient tradition for the greater good. This certification states that you are fully qualified as a traditional REIKI Teacher, trained and certified by Reverend Nan Kight RM/T
